How Pricing Works

Each plan includes a set number of orders per month at a discounted per-order rate. If you process more orders each month than in your plan, additional orders are charged as overages at a higher per-order rate. For example, the Starter plan includes 40 orders for $250/month (that's $6.25 per order). Any orders beyond the included 40 are billed at $8.00 per order.

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Additional orders are billed at your plan's discounted rate.

At Backoffice AI, we want to ensure all our customers have a transparent and straightforward subscription experience. Here are some frequently asked questions.
What happens if I exceed the number of orders in my plan?

If you happen to exceed your monthly limit, don't worry - we'll simply charge you for the overage at the end of the billing cycle.

We understand that needs can fluctuate, so we provide a generous 2x buffer on top of your plan limit. This means you can go up to double your normal limit without facing an account hold. 

However, if your usage surpasses twice your plan limit, we will temporarily pause your account. This allows you to review your subscription needs and upgrade to a plan that better fits your current requirements.

Do you have a plan for companies with more than 400 Orders per month?

Yes, we have an enterprise plan that can support more than 400 orders processed per month. Please contact us.

Is there a per user fee?

No, we do not charge per seat. You can have a seat for anybody in your organization that receives orders via email and needs to process them.

Is there a fee for using API or integrations?

No, we do not charge for using the API or integrations. They are however rate limited.
