We are a team of eCommerce and Technology veterans solving business problems using AI. Our focus is in our name; we are using AI to streamline backoffice operations for manufacturers and distributors.

Our first product offering is Order Email transformation. Basically taking the orders that customers email to you, and using AI to transform them into Orders in your ERP and eCommerce systems.

Our history

BackOffice AI began as a conversation between two friends, one a B2B eCommerce expert, the other a technologist deeply curious about AI. Both were fascinated by the idea of using AI to tackle problems that had always been difficult to solve with traditional software.

They started experimenting with a common back-office challenge faced by manufacturers and distributors: processing emailed purchase orders. Historically it has been a slow, manual, and error-prone process that resisted automation for years.

By combining AI’s ability to recognize patterns with deep industry experience, BackOffice AI was born; a company built to eliminate the most time-consuming parts of the back office so businesses can focus on growth.
